Refund policy
You have the right to return or exchange your product, for any reason, within 14 days of receiving the product.
Please enclose the return slip with your package stating your reason and please return the unused product in Scampi's original packaging, all hang tags and gussets still in place.
For orders within Sweden, your package will come with a return label. This should be attached to the outside of the same package you received your order in. For international orders, the packages do not come with a return label and the customer is responsible for the label and the shipping process, including the cost of this.
Remember to send the return by registered mail as you are responsible for the return until it reaches us. When you hand in your return to your postal agent, you will receive a delivery receipt. We ask you to keep this receipt until you have received a return confirmation from us.
When returning an item, the customer will be charged a return fee of 79 SEK which will be deducted from the amount of your original debt. This return fee is exclusive of the cost paid by international customer for the shipping process.

EXCHANGES
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please check your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and put it right.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Returns that do not comply with our return policy will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer; or exchanged for a store credit valid for 12 months. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. Please note that if you have chosen Klarna invoice, this will either be adjusted or refunded.
UNCOLLECTED PARCELS
We reserve the right to charge the customer a fee for parcels not collected from the post office. The fee (currently SEK 200) refers to the cost of return shipping, handling fee and handling cost. The package remains for 7 days from the date of arrival at the Swedish postal service PostNord. For international orders using different postal services, you are responsible for checking your local regulations. For questions about your parcel, please contact our customer service and we will help you further.
If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved, Scampi AB will follow ARN's decision. (Allmänna reklamationsnämden).
