ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Orders are normally shipped the same day or the next business day, depending on when the order is placed. During peak season, delivery times may be extended by an additional day.

All orders are subject to payment and stock availability. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you via email. If you have any questions or would like to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders are usually shipped the same day.

PAYMENT
You can pay securely with Visa or Mastercard and with invoice via Klarna Checkout. When paying in currencies other than SEK, PayPal is used. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted via PayPal.

SHIPPING
We deliver with PostNord (DPD) and DHL Express.

Delivery times may vary and are affected by factors beyond our control.

All prices shown are exclusive of shipping costs. Shipping costs will be added at checkout.

For orders outside the EU, you as the customer are responsible for any import duties and taxes. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information. Due to Brexit, we are unable to ship orders to the UK under £135, due to duties and VAT.

FREE EXCHANGES
We understand that it's not always easy to find the right size, which is why we offer free size exchanges, so you can easily change to a size that fits you better, at no extra cost. To make a size exchange, fill out the return form and enter return code number 1 .

Then contact us at info@scampiswimwear.com and let us know that you would like to make a free size exchange. Please state which size you would like to exchange to.

Return the product in the size that does not fit, in the same way as a regular return, using a trackable shipping method, to the address below. Once we have received your return, we will send you the new size.

RETURNS
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused and returned in Scampi's original packaging. For the return to be approved, all hangtags and gusset protection must be intact. Fill out the return label and state the reason for the return before sending the item back.

When returning, a return fee of 99 SEK will be charged, which will be deducted from the refund. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

You are responsible for the return shipping and the cost of this. We recommend that you send the return by registered mail, as you are responsible for the return until it has been received by us. When you hand over the package to your agent, you will receive a receipt, save this until you have received a return confirmation from us.

UNRECOLLECTED PACKAGES
For packages not collected, a fee of SEK 249 will be charged, which covers return shipping and handling. The amount will be deducted from the refund. If you still want the item, you will need to place a new order.

Packages remain at Swedish post offices for 7 days. For international orders, local rules apply. For questions about your delivery, contact info@scampiswimwear.com and we will help you.

COMPLAINT
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

REFUNDS
If the return is approved, the refund will be made automatically to the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear, depending on the bank or card issuer. If paying with Klarna invoice, the invoice will be adjusted or refunded. Returns that do not meet our return policy will not be refunded, but will be sent back to the customer.

OTHER
If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved, Scampi AB will follow ARN's decision.
