Shipping & Returns
To buy products from Scampi AB you have to be over 18 years of age.
As soon as you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Your order is normally sent the same day or the day after depending on the time of order placement. Please take into consideration that it might take an additional day during peak season.
Kindly note that all orders are subject to payment clearance and stock availability. We reserve the right that we might run out of stock. If so, we will notify you by mail. If you wish to make a change or have other questions about your order please contact us as soon as possible as your order is normally shipped the same day.
PAYMENTYou can pay securely with Visa / Mastercard as well as invoice via Klarna Checkout. We use PayPal for all card payments when paying in other currencies than SEK. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted via PayPal.
All item prices shown are excluding shipping costs. Shipping cost is added to the price in the checkout.
We use Postnord & DHL for our deliveries.

Delivery time varies depending on where you live and the amount of orders we have to ship.
Please note that if you are buying outside of EU, you will be responsible for import duties and taxes. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest you contact your local customs office for further information. As a result of Brexit we are unable to send orders to UK under £135 due to taxes and VAT.
You the have right to return or exchange your product, regardless of your reason, within 14 days from receiving the product. Please enclose the return note with your package stating your reason accordingly and kindly return the unused product in the original Scampi packaging, all hangtags, and gusset protections still in place.
For orders within Sweden your package comes with a return label. This is to be attached to the outside of the same package in which you received your order. Upon returning an item, the customer will be charged a return fee of 79 SEK, which will be deducted from the amount of your original debt. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
For international orders, packages do not come with a return label and the customer is responsible for the label and the shipping process themselves, including the cost of this.
Please remember to send the return by registered mail as you are responsible for the return until it reaches us. When handing in your return to your postal agent, you will receive a delivery receipt. We ask you to keep that receipt until you have received a return confirmation from us.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Returns that do not meet our return policy will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer or exchanged for a store credit that is valid for 12 months. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note that if you have chosen Klarna invoice, this will either be adjusted or refunded.
We reserve the right to charge the customer a fee for a packages that is not collected from the postal office. The fee (currently SEK 200) refers to the cost of return shipping, handling fee and handling cost. The package remains for 7 days from the day of arrival at the Swedish postal service PostNord. For international orders with different postal services you are responsible to check your local regulations . For questions about your package, contact our customer service and we will help you further.
If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved, Scampi AB will follow ARN's decision. (Allmänna reklamationsnämden).
